BRIEF: Make a skincare line made out 
of surplus bread. 

Lamie is a skincare brand inspired by a collective of French bakers from Rue du Bac, Paris, who transformed their daily unsold bread into eco-friendly skincare products. The name "Lamie" combines "L'amie" (friend) and "La mie" (the soft inside of bread), symbolising community and the brand's core ingredient. 

Breaking away from traditional anti-aging marketing, Lamie celebrates a refreshing approach to natural aging for women aged 25-40, offering nurturing formulas that build confidence without unrealistic promises. Each product draws inspiration from French patisseries that honour the bakers' heritage. The playful art direction blends food and beauty inviting consumers to view skincare as an extension of self-care, community, and sustainable living.
