We all have our go-to coffee shop. The one we return to without thinking. We see the same faces every morning, the silent nod, the awkward smile. But we never actually speak.
CHALLENGE
People crave connection, but the first word is the hardest part. The barrier to starting a conversation feels too high to cross alone.
INSIGHT
It takes about six visits to a local spot to stop feeling like a stranger. Familiarity is already there. It just needs somewhere to go.
